Vestas Technology & Operations > Manufacturing > PEX Global Manufacturing Process and Production Excellence Center - PEX Logistics Excellence Team is part of Global Manufacturing. PEX Logistics Excellence Team scope comprises of the below:
- Secure delivery of Transformation, NPI / ramp-up projects for Logistics work streams
- Optimise end to end Logistics operations using Lean principles
- Designing material flow concepts
- Validation of material flow and steps in line with Takt (including processes, tools and equipment)
Responsibilities:
- Design, standardize, and optimize logistics and warehouse processes to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and sustainability.
- Promote continuous improvement through process excellence, digitalization, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure seamless SAP integration and stable operations across global logistics functions.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in logistics, Logistics engineering, Material flow optimization or process excellence roles
- Extensive knowledge in warehouse/logistics operations and SAP EWM (or similar systems)
- Advanced analytical skills and experience with KPI dashboards and data-driven decision-making
- Project management and stakeholder engagement experience across functions and geographies
- Familiarity with automation technologies, digital logistics tools, and sustainability frameworks
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills
