Invoicing Coordinator in Warrington

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Manage the financial approval of service orders and ensure all costs are allocated accurately
• Monitor invoicing activities and proactively follow up on outstanding, overdue, or unsent invoices
• Perform credit control activities and manage open receivables across assigned customer accounts
• Analyze contract costs and profitability, identifying risks and opportunities for improved financial performance
• Provide financial expertise, calculations, and controlling support to the Customer Service Management team
• Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding financial and invoicing-related matters

Requirements

• Several years of experience from accounting and/or controlling tasks
• High financial understanding
• Experience with CRM systems and SAP
• High-level skills in MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required, good understanding of one of regional languages is a plus (Nordics, Polish, Dutch, Baltics)

CED is a team of talented colleagues that are supporting Service Organization across Nordics, UK/IR, Benelux and Poland. The role is located in the CSM Operations team that is handling Documentation, Invoicing, Master Data and Credit Controlling.
