You will work on the shop floor with production, implementing ISO 9001, leading audits, Kaizen and corrective actions, and coaching teams to make CI part of daily routines.
Hands-on is essential; NEBOSH/IOSH qualifications and experience across manufacturing and aftermarket are required to raise standards site-wide.
