- Ensure Policy Priority Heatmaps, Summary Sheets, Position Papers and Advocacy Masterplans are in place for all policy priorities, as well as readily available to all RAS IMEX teams.
- Lead ISG to develop and execute advocacy strategies on EH APIs.
- Coordinate to ensure that the appropriate SMEs are included in Category PODs, and represent EH in industry association committees, to influence and build credibility externally, in line with business strategies.
- Become a trainer for the 'Advocacy Fundamentals Training Programme' developed by our team, develop and maintain up-to-date advocacy toolkits, facilitate cross-country/regional best practices and ensure compliance to relevant, internal processes/SOPs.
- Provide management leadership and work closely within the wider Regulatory, Quality, R&D, Supply and Commercial functions to ensure accurate impact-assessment of external regulatory changes, and timely implementation of those changes.
- Be accountable to establish robust tracking processes, systems and fit-for-purpose KPIs that will effectively and efficiently facilitate the impact assessment and implementation of external regulatory changes by the cross-functional teams.
