Vestacy is a standalone company (carved out from Reckitt) with a clear purpose: to transform houses into homes. We’re home to some of the world’s most trusted brands (Air Wick, Calgon, Cillit Bang, and Mortein) helping millions of people care for the spaces they live in every day. Backed by Advent, a leading global private equity firm, we have the freedom to think big and move fast. With almost 3,000 colleagues across 20+ countries, we see every person as a Founder, empowered to make bold decisions and shape what’s next.
Our Finance team is not just another department; we are strategic partners and catalysts for change, who use our expertise to drive sustainable growth and create and protect value for Vestacy. With a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and partnership, our inclusive, diverse and energised team breaks down traditional barriers, enabling you to thrive in a dynamic environment where you and your ideas matter.
This role exists to drive the financial heartbeat of Vestacy’s UK business - shaping forecasts, strengthening performance insights, and enabling strategic, data-led decisions. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, Category Finance & IBP, it is an individual-contributor role within a small, collaborative team where supporting one another is core to how we operate. The role partners closely with marketing and commercial stakeholders, owning high-impact areas such as marketing investment and people cost planning.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery of the UK forecasting and planning cycles, ensuring accurate, timely and insight-driven financial outputs that enable effective business decision-making.
- Aid in the consolidation of the region, which includes ANZ and NORDICS, to bring one set of numbers to the joint regional leadership team.
- Own and manage marketing investment and people cost budgets, partnering closely with senior marketing and commercial stakeholders to optimise spend and guide strategic choices.
- Deliver clear, actionable financial insights and performance analysis, shaping brand strategy, supporting new product launches and influencing long-term growth plans.
- Maintain rigorous financial controls and reporting standards, ensuring accuracy, integrity and compliance across all planning and performance processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within a small, agile finance team - contributing to shared priorities, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the development of best-practice FP&A tools and ways of working.
The experience we’re looking for:
- You are financially qualified (CIMA OR ACCA), bringing a solid foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting; 1-3 years of experience post qualification.
- A proven track record in forecasting, planning, and financial analysis.
- Prior experience in FP&A, coupled with a grasp of commercial finance, marketing investment and transitional environments.
- An approachable influencer, skilled in engaging and aligning stakeholders around data-driven decisions.
- Experience in business partnering commercial stakeholders in the delivery of shared goals with clear P&L understanding and impact different lines have on each other.
As a newly carved-out, PE-backed business, we are evolving rapidly building new systems, upgrading tools, and transitioning away from legacy Reckitt TSA platforms. This role will navigate ambiguity, challenge old ways of working, and help shape new processes. It requires agility, problem-solving, and resilience - but offers the rare chance to build a better, sharper, more future-ready finance organisation from the ground up.
Personal Attributes:
- You bring resilience, a challenging and improvement-focused mindset, and the self-motivation to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
- Competitive yet humble, you’re here to win as part of a team.
- Strong collaboration, clear communication, and a commitment to supporting others are essential as we build a sharper, better business together.
The skills for success:
- Business acumen
- Improve business processes
- Stakeholder engagement and influence
- Accounting principles
