About the role: A dynamic, high-impact role that places you at the centre of supply chain performance. You will have exposure to manufacturing, procurement, logistics and regional finance, along with opportunities to drive operational efficiencies and shape how Vestacy delivers cost performance. The main purpose is to provide support to Supply Finance Manager, Supply Services Director, and wider Vestacy team, whilst maintaining management of COGS & Supply Services financials across North Europe & ANZ.
Your responsibilities:
- Perform key month-end tasks to ensure timely, accurate reporting for Supply Finance, including journal preparation, validation and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Analyse cost performance across COGS, supply services, and warehousing cost lines.
- Prepare and validate reports and insights for month-end, forecasts and planning cycles.
Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with business partners across supply & finance, supporting P&L queries, analysis, decision-making and PO admin.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and respond to stakeholder requests across the supply organisation.
- Support regional and global teams for planning, cost & process optimisation and tracking of performance initiatives.
- Help monitor and manage costs, and challenge variance to budget with budget holders.
Systems, Data & Controls:
- Support financials & TP load into volume & trade forecasting tools, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure internal controls, accurate postings and compliance with accounting principles.
- Maintain TP costing in systems & ensure correct procedure on buy-sell model is followed.
- Contribute to enhancing systems, reporting tools and Supply Finance processes.
- Identify improvement opportunities that enable better visibility, cost optimisation and operational effectiveness.
The experience we’re looking for:
- BSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Maths or other equivalent experience.
- A strong foundation in accounting and/or business administration.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset and advanced Excel capability.
- Understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and internal control principles.
