This role leads global Regulatory Advocacy on API legislation and scrutiny, while managing Regulatory Intelligence (RI)—a core capability for Vestacy. You will shape Vestacy’s position and advocacy strategy by anticipating and responding to legislative changes and external scrutiny of API safety that could impact regulations, industry guidelines, and trust.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing advocacy strategies for EH RAS Policy Priorities.
- Leading cross-functional advocacy task forces.
- Influencing external stakeholders and policy makers through compelling advocacy strategies.
- Ensuring Policy Priority Heatmaps, Summary Sheets, Position Papers and Advocacy Masterplans are in place for all policy priorities.
- Providing management leadership and working closely within the wider Regulatory, Quality, R&D, Supply and Commercial functions.
- Establishing robust tracking processes, systems and fit-for-purpose KPIs.
The experience we’re looking for includes:
- Educated to honours degree level in a scientific field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of regulatory experience.
- A solid track record of Regulatory Affairs experience with strategic and operational regulatory experience.
- Strong skillsets and experience in project management.
- Good attention to detail, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
