Vestacy seeks a Senior Associate, Fragrance Innovation to cover maternity leave. You will manage upstream innovation projects with internal and external partners, reporting to the Head of Air Care, coordinating with regulatory, safety and sustainability teams to ensure compliance across the portfolio.
You will work with Global Marketing Design, Sensory Enrichment, and R&D to rapidly roll out initiatives across multiple categories and brands, supporting fragrance evaluation and project.
