Join Veson Nautical, the trailblazer in Maritime Commerce digital solutions, as we are excited to welcome a dynamic and upbeat Sales Enablement Specialist to our Go-to-Market Team. Reporting to the Senior Sales Enablement Manager, you\’ll play a key role in crafting innovative learning content, energizing our sales teams, and collecting valuable feedback to enhance our commercial initiatives.

Here is what you will be doing:
- Create enablement materials such as training courses, micro-learning modules, quick reference guides, slides, videos, and more to support product knowledge, sales skills, and process adherence.
- Ongoing reporting on enablement, which involves collecting and sharing data from multiple tools with leaders and managers.
- Develop and distribute surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of training, the relevance of content, and the specific needs of the sales team. Use the feedback gathered to drive ongoing enhancements in enablement programs and resources.
- Maintain the sales content repository.
- Leverage our Salesforce CRM and sales enabling technologies to create and present engaging training materials and sessions for internal audiences.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assist with the development and management of large-scale Enablement programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts on the development of various sales strategies and the design of supporting materials.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of sales and/or training experience.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to connect and create excitement.
- Must be comfortable with facilitation and delivery of virtual training sessions, if possible or in the future.
- Project management, and analytical skills, capturing Enablement KPIs and reporting trends.
- Coachable with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Process driven, outcome-based mindset, with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Salesforce preferred and learning management systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar sales methodologies is a plus.
- Proven ability to adapt on the fly, while establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines at a fast pace, in a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally and ensuring consistent communication and feedback loops.
- Creative interests coupled with principles in adult learning for building learning content. This includes experience with tools for design (eg Canva), video creation and editing.
- Maritime Commerce industry knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to occasionally travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
