    • Maintain detailed records of renewal terms, customer-specific requirements, and timelines to ensure full visibility and seamless handoffs across teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Account Managers, Billing, and Finance to address contract adjustments, resolve pricing queries, and support smooth renewal outcomes.
    • Collaborate with the Renewals Manager to provide accurate data, pricing detail, and documentation in support of client renewal conversations.
    • Coordinate across internal systems to ensure Salesforce reflects the single source of truth for all contract and renewal data.
  • Data Integrity & Process Improvement
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and discount structures across all renewal activities.

  • Strong analytical mindset; able to interpret data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or a comparable CRM; confident with MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
