We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team, working in primary schools. Positions available in Bridgend and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the learning and development of students, while gaining valuable experience in a classroom environment.
What is required:
- Experience in a UK school classroom setting.
- DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain a new one.
- A relevant Teaching Assistant Qualification (Level 2 or 3).
- Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Support individual students or small groups in their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Provide one-to-one support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN).

- Assist with classroom management, including setting up materials and resources.
- Supervise students during break times and extracurricular activities.
