We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team, working in Secondary schools in the Bridgend area. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the learning and development of students, while gaining valuable experience in a classroom environment.
Qualifications

- Experience working with young people (experience in education is desirable but not essential)

Responsibilities
- Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers
- Ensure a positive learning environment is maintained by managing student behaviour
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans, ensuring students stay on task and complete the work provided
- Provide support to students where needed and manage classroom resources
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure the smooth running of the school day
