We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team, working in primary schools in Aberdare. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the learning and development of students, while gaining valuable experience in a classroom environment.
Please note, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
Requirements- Experience in a UK school setting
- DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain a new one
- A relevant Teaching Assistant Qualification (Level 2 or 3)
- Passion for working with children and supporting their development
- 1 to 1 experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, adaptability and a positive attitude
- £85.50 - £96.12 per day
- Fully comply with Agency Workers Regulations
- Flexible working hours with full and part time positions available

- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons

- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assist with classroom management, including setting up materials and resources
- Supervise students during break times and extracurricular activities
- Support pupils with their reading, writing, and numeracy skills
