About the Role
We are seeking a Business Consultant in the UK with a passion for delivering reliable, high-quality solutions to our global aviation customers. In this role, you will lead the configuration and delivery of Veryon Tracking+ implementations for both cloud-based and on-premises customers. Qualified candidates will have extensive knowledge of aviation maintenance operations. You will be working directly with maintenance professionals on a daily basis and it is critical you understand their needs as it will inform how the Tracking+ software is configured to address each customer’s unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to guide clients on best practices and optimal use of the Tracking+ software
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client workflows, pain points, and success criteria
- Evaluate multiple solution approaches and recommend the best-fit configuration for the client’s operational needs
- Translate client needs into well-defined solution designs before escalating to product teams
- Manage training, troubleshooting, and reporting
- Validate proposed solutions with clients through demos, walkthroughs, or prototypes before full implementation
- Identify gaps between client needs and product capabilities, and clearly articulate them when engaging product teams
- Ensure implementations align with both client goals and scalable product standards (avoid over-customisation)
- Manage the budget, scope and timeliness of integration projects
Requirements
- 4–7+ years aviation consulting experience with aviation customers in maintenance, engineering, logistics, quality assurance and flight operations disciplines
- +2 years of hands‑on software implementation experience
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in collaborative environments
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive implementation projects forward based on best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS or cloud deployment exposure
- BA/BS degree in technical field or related discipline preferred
- Firm understanding of regional and international aviation regulatory authorities
