About the role. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll take the lead in designing intuitive, accessible, and impactful customer experiences across our digital products. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers, you’ll own design solutions from discovery through to delivery, ensuring they meet user needs, business goals and technical constraints. You’ll contribute to the evolution of our design system, lead design work across your squad or workstream, and collaborate on cross‑tribe initiatives. You’ll play a hands‑on role in shaping the product experience, while also mentoring associate designers and role‑modeling best practices in accessibility, collaboration, and product thinking.
