About the team

You'll be joining the Merchandising team who look to provide the customer with the right product at the right time. Working closely with the Buying team to build assortment strategies and focusing on ensuring the best possible range for our customers. Looking at internal data, history and competitor performance whilst managing brand and supplier relationships.

We’re hiring for an Assistant Merchandiser. In this role, you'll report to a Merchandiser and have plenty of opportunities to learn, develop your skills, and grow your career.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong supplier and brand relationships.
  • Working with Buying and Merchandising teams to develop commercial range plans.
  • Analysing performance data, market trends, and competitor ranges to shape future strategies.
