The Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Large Format Print Operative to join our production team. This role would suit either an experienced print operator or someone looking to build a long-term career in the large format print industry. You will gain hands‑on experience working with industry‑leading UV and dye‑sublimation printing equipment in a fast‑paced production environment, reporting directly to the Production Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating large format print machinery across UV and dye‑sublimation departments to produce high‑quality output
- Preparing, checking, and setting up artwork for print
- Carrying out routine cleaning and maintenance of print machinery
- Loading and unloading a variety of print materials and substrates
- Performing quality control checks on printed materials and making necessary adjustments
- Operating and maintaining large format digital cutting equipment
- Supporting production targets by assisting across print, finishing, and packing departments as required
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe at all times
- Following all health and safety procedures
