As a Maintenance Technician at 88 Wood Lane, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment. You will be responsible for a range of maintenance tasks to keep our property in top condition.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Conduct inspections and identify issues in apartments and common areas.
  • Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of maintenance areas and tools.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for larger repairs and projects.

Requirements
