We Are Change is a remote learning programme supporting individuals to achieve their CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning; a level 4 qualification which is the springboard to all career paths within financial services. If your application is successful, you’ll be enrolled onto a training programme which will support you in studying for the six exams that make up the Diploma, as well as a supportive community.
The key traits needed for this training programme are commitment, dedication, and determination! There’s approximately 370 hours of study involved over a 2-year period. If you’d like to spend about 3.5 hours a week changing your life for the better, then yes, it’s for you!
You’ll be working towards a Level 4 qualification. Although there are no strict entry requirements, a good foundation of written English and Maths is essential.
There isn’t one. The Verve Foundation aims to remove barriers to entry, especially financial ones, by securing support to offer this training programme for free to those who might otherwise be deterred. Competition for places is fierce. All students will need to sign a commitment contract, which states that if they withdraw during the programme, they will cover costs already incurred (exam fees, study materials, etc.), which will be reinvested to support others.
The programme is delivered entirely online, supported by e-learning modules, course books, and peer support from a community of learners. Exams are taken directly with the CII, either remotely from home or at a test centre of your choice.
