As our VP Global People Intelligence & Digital Transformation, you will establish and lead a global Center of Excellence that combines workforce planning, people analytics, HR technology and AI-driven innovation. This newly created leadership role sits at the intersection of People, Finance and Technology and will shape how we make workforce decisions across more than 1,000 employees in multiple countries. If you are passionate about transforming HR into a data-driven strategic function, this is an opportunity to build something from the ground up. You will build the intelligence layer of our global People organization by creating transparency around workforce planning, personnel costs, organizational effectiveness and business performance while modernizing our HR technology landscape. You will enable leaders to make smarter decisions through analytics, automation and AI. This is a hybrid position with three days per week in our London office (at Covent Garden).

What You Will Do

  • Workforce Planning & Financial Intelligence
    • Lead global workforce planning and headcount governance
    • Develop long-term FTE forecasting models
    • Own personnel cost planning and workforce budgeting
    • Partner closely with Finance to improve forecasting accuracy and workforce investment decisions
    • Build executive reporting for Board and Leadership
  • People Analytics
    • Develop meaningful HR dashboards and KPI frameworks
    • Transform people data into actionable business insights
    • Define and monitor organizational health metrics
    • Create predictive analytics to support strategic workforce decisions
  • HR Technology & Digital Transformation
    • Own the global HR technology landscape
    • Drive continuous optimization of HR systems and processes
    • Lead implementation of new digital tools and integrations
    • Ensure high-quality people data across all platforms
  • AI & Automation
    • Identify opportunities to leverage AI across the employee lifecycle
    • Introduce intelligent automation into HR operations
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and build AI use cases that create measurable business value
  • Governance & Data Excellence
    • Establish global standards for people data governance
    • Define HR metrics and reporting methodologies
    • Ensure data quality, consistency and compliance across all regions

What You Will Bring

  • Significant leadership experience in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, HR Technology or HR Transformation
  • Strong financial understanding with experience in personnel cost planning and forecasting
  • Experience partnering with Finance and executive leadership
  • Deep knowledge of HRIS ecosystems and data architecture
  • Proven experience building dashboards and translating data into business decisions
  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation and emerging HR technologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across international organizations
  • Ability to simplify complex data into clear business recommendations

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fast-growing international technology companies
  • Knowledge of tools such as HiBob, Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse or similar platforms
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker or modern analytics platforms
  • Experience with AI applications, predictive analytics and workforce modeling
