What You Will Do

  • Lead hiring for a wide range of roles, with a focus on industry-specific roles such as Commercial (Sales, Account Management, Operations), Marketing, Product, and other Corporate/Support functions.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across Europe, the US, and APAC.
  • Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to align hiring plans with business goals and challenges, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment: job scoping, sourcing, assessment, interview processes, and offers.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company's culture and values.
  • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Support improvements to recruitment processes, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Help reduce agency reliance and optimise time-to-hire.
  • Maintain ATS accuracy and deliver regular recruitment reporting.

What You Will Bring

  • Solid recruitment experience, either from a recruitment agency or in-house, working with niche roles.
  • Expertise in sourcing, networking, interviewing, and offer negotiation at all levels.
  • A background in commercial roles and the advertising industry is highly desirable.
  • Technical recruitment experience is nice to have.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience with (or willingness to get involved in) organising meet-ups, recruitment events, and other innovative ways of attracting the best talent.
  • A passion for telling the company story, building our brand, and establishing new processes that challenge traditional recruitment methods.
  • First-class interpersonal skills, with a client service-oriented mindset and acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organisation.
  • Self-motivated, with a love for working collaboratively.
  • Tenacity and resilience to ride the sometimes unpredictable recruitment rollercoaster.
