This role partners with managers to drive talent development, employee engagement, and organizational design in a fast‑paced tech/ad tech environment.

You'll collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, performance management, and change initiatives, while promoting an inclusive workplace culture.

This hybrid role requires three days/week in our Covent Garden office.
