The Role
Verve is seeking a Technical Account Manager (Demand) to lead and grow strategic relationships with key demand platforms across EMEA. This role sits at the center of Verve’s programmatic marketplace, owning technical and operational partnerships with major DSPs and trading platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon, and other emerging demand sources. You will act as the primary technical and operational point of contact for demand partners, driving integrations, optimizing performance, and resolving complex technical challenges. This role sits at the intersection of technical troubleshooting, data analysis, and strategic account growth.
What You Will Do
- Own relationships with key DSPs and trading platforms, delivering best-in-class service and driving long-term growth
- Act as a trusted advisor to demand partners, helping them maximize value from Verve’s supply and platform capabilities
- Develop joint strategies with partners to increase spend, scale, and efficiency
- Monitor and analyze demand-side performance metrics such as bid rate, win rate, spend, QPS, and supply path efficiency
- Identify and implement optimizations to improve performance, scale, and ROI for partners
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive increased investment and engagement
- Lead and support end-to-end onboarding of new DSPs and trading partners, ensuring seamless integrations
- Troubleshoot technical issues across OpenRTB, VAST, header bidding, and SDK-based environments
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical challenges, coordinating with Engineering and Product teams to resolve issues quickly
- Partner with Supply, Marketplace, Product, and Engineering teams to align demand and supply strategies
- Advocate for demand-side needs internally, influencing product improvements and roadmap priorities
- Work closely with Commercial teams to support growth initiatives and strategic deals
- Ensure clean operational setup, including seat mappings, deal configurations, and traffic flows
- Monitor traffic quality and compliance with platform standards
- Drive efficiency improvements across integrations and workflows
Job requirements
What You Will Bring
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Technical Account Management, or Business Development within AdTech, ideally on the demand side (DSP, agency trading desk, or exchange)
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, including DSP operations, auction dynamics, and supply path optimization
- Hands-on experience with OpenRTB, VAST, header bidding, and programmatic integrations
- Proven track record of growing strategic accounts and driving measurable business impact
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Technical & Tools
- Experience working with large datasets and performance metrics
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL is a strong plus
- Experience with CRM and reporting tools
