We are seeking a proactive and client-centric People Business Partner to join our team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys partnering with managers, solving complex people challenges, and contributing to a positive, high-performing workplace culture. The successful candidate will combine strong HR fundamentals with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset. You will work closely with business leaders and employees to support talent development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and business growth. You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment and are passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience while helping teams perform at their best. This is a hybrid position with three days per week in our London office (at Covent Garden).

What You Will Do

  • Support talent management activities, including employee development, performance management, and retention initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, providing support on employee relations matters and helping resolve workplace issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning and organizational design initiatives to support business growth and changing priorities.
  • Support annual people processes, including performance reviews, compensation planning, and talent assessments.
  • Contribute to succession planning discussions and help identify development opportunities for high-potential employees.
  • Analyze people data and trends to provide insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and business outcomes.
  • Support change management and organizational transformation efforts, helping leaders and employees navigate change successfully.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to ensure consistent delivery of HR programs, policies, and employee experiences.
  • Help drive engagement initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.

What You Will Bring

  • 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role, ideally within the technology, media, or digital advertising industry.
  • Experience partnering with managers and supporting teams in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Solid understanding of talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development practices.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance employee needs and business priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build credibility and effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience interpreting people data and using insights to support decision-making.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in either the UK or US, with exposure to both environments considered a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a practical and solutions-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Passion for creating a positive employee experience and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

  • Experience supporting global or multi-regional teams.
  • Exposure to change management, organizational design, or M&A integration activities.
  • Experience working within a high-growth technology, SaaS, ad tech, or media organization.
