What we’re looking for
- Someone with strong critical thinking, developed through any discipline or experience. Backgrounds in humanities, social sciences, business, or STEM are of interest, but a formal degree is not required.
- Someone curious about people, culture and technology.
- A clear thinker who can structure ideas and communicate them simply and well.
- A proactive learner – comfortable with uncertainty, ambiguity and experimentation.
- An interest in how AI can improve the way we think, analyse and create.
- As a bonus, an interest or aptitude for writing clear, punchy marketing content.
- Based in or near London or Manchester and happy to be in the office at least two days a week.
