We are now looking for a commercially driven leader to own the strategy and go-to-market execution for Captify’s CTV advertising solutions. This role will sit at the heart of UK commercial and product leadership, shaping the future of our CTV offering, accelerating revenue growth, and establishing Captify as a standout partner in the rapidly evolving connected TV landscape across agencies and brands.

What we're looking for:

  • Own the commercial strategy for delivering accelerated revenue growth across Captify’s CTV business through both programmatic and managed service channels.
  • Drive adoption and demand for Captify’s CTV offering across key agency holding groups and direct brand relationships.
  • Position Captify as a premium and innovative CTV partner for advertisers seeking scalable audience-led TV solutions.
  • Act as the CTV subject matter expert internally and externally, partnering with sales, marketing, product, and commercial teams to strengthen Captify’s CTV market proposition.
  • Drive growth of CTV revenue streams in the UK through strategic positioning, partnerships, and unlocking new client relationships across agencies, AV teams, and trading desks.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships across the CTV ecosystem including broadcasters, streaming platforms, SSPs, DSPs, and device manufacturers.
  • Lead the UK CTV working group and develop go-to-market plans that maximize revenue opportunities across advanced TV environments.
  • Support sales and trading teams with packaging, positioning, and selling compelling CTV media solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with global video and CTV leads to share best practices, insights, and innovation opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of CTV industry trends, measurement developments, and competitive activity to ensure Captify remains market-leading in the space.
  • Provide regular market feedback on advertiser and agency needs to help shape future CTV product development and commercial strategy.
  • Represent Captify’s CTV business at industry events, panels, PR opportunities, and through thought leadership initiatives.

  • Deliver accelerated year-on-year growth across Captify’s CTV revenue streams.
  • Drive net new revenue through the launch and scaling of CTV solutions in market.
  • Increase market validation of Captify’s CTV offering through PR, case studies, awards, and client success stories.
  • Build and grow a strong CTV sales pipeline through agency relationships, partnerships, and industry expertise.
  • Increase adoption of Captify’s CTV products across key holding groups and strategic accounts.

What you need to be successful:

  • Proven track record of outperforming revenue targets and driving accelerated growth within CTV and advanced TV environments.
  • Deep understanding of the CTV ecosystem including programmatic TV, measurement, identity, and audience targeting.
  • Strong agency and advertiser relationships across AV, investment, and programmatic teams.
  • Experience launching and scaling CTV or advanced TV products in market.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to evangelize Captify’s CTV proposition both internally and externally.
  • Comfortable building new revenue streams and identifying emerging market opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Confident collaborating cross-functionally to deliver commercial success across the CTV business.
