What we’re looking for

  • Someone with strong critical thinking, developed through any discipline or experience. Backgrounds in humanities, social sciences, business, or STEM are of interest, but a formal degree is not required.
  • Someone curious about people, culture and technology.
  • A clear thinker who can structure ideas and communicate them simply and well.
  • A proactive learner – comfortable with uncertainty, ambiguity and experimentation.
  • An interest in how AI can improve the way we think, analyse and create.
  • As a bonus, an interest or aptitude for writing clear, punchy marketing content.
  • Based in or near London or Manchester and happy to be in the office at least two days a week.
