Who You Are
As an Account Manager, Demand you will manage a portfolio of key accounts in the EMEA region. You will be in charge of building relationships and maximizing monetization opportunities for advertisers (DSPs, ad networks). Working as part of a global account management team, this person handles the day-to-day partner management, onboarding, optimization, and revenue-driving activities for your portfolio of marketplace demand partners. A hybrid working model with office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays applies to this position. Lunches are paid for on these days!
What You Will Do
- Build a trusted relationship with demand partners and ensure an open line of communication including status calls and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Drive long-term partnership value by understanding client challenges, capabilities, and goals and identify growth potential by making optimization recommendations and/or highlighting areas of opportunity
- Manage the DSP accounts and grow revenue with existing demand partners
- Analyze revenue and performance data using internal dashboards daily to ensure targets are on track and to proactively provide solutions if targets are missed or projected to be off
- Communicate to internal teams regarding revenue opportunities and execute them in a timely fashion
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Publisher, Product, and Technology groups to have a complete view of demand accounts and to ensure partners receive best-in-class service
- Oversee all aspects of partner onboarding and post-launch management
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of previous client partner management experience at a programmatic adtech company, with a solid understanding of advertising terminologies including pricing structures (CPM, First-Price Auction..)
- Experienced in analyzing buying behavior and data reports
- Proactive, autonomous go-getter who prioritizes tasks independently and takes ownership
- Ability to work cross-departmentally
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
- Full business proficiency in English
