Head of Sales - Permanent - London - Retail
Head of Sales required by a market leading retail organisation.
Role is to build, lead and accelerate an existing sales function. A hands‑on role for a leader who can win new business, maximise and develop the current portfolio, develop strong customer relationships and drive profitable growth across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the the sales strategy and delivering revenue targets .
- Lead coach and motivate an existing high‑performing sales team.
- Setting and managing sales targets, KPIs and pipeline discipline.
- Develop and build long‑term partnerships across the portfolio.
- Identifying new business opportunities and emerging channels.
Key Skills
- Strong track record of winning new accounts and developing commercial relationships across Retail.
- Commercial judgement across revenue, margins and profitability.
- Proven experience leading a sales team and delivering sustained growth.
- A hands‑on, proactive leadership style — someone who leads from the front
- Product experience within hardlines - home, travel, tech/gaming, gifting, toys and lifestyle highly desirable.
- High ambition, drive and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication and people leadership skills.
