Business Operations Manager – London - Financial Services
Urgently looking for a Business Operations Manager to join a Global Operations team for a leading Financial Services Consulting firm.
This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role supporting the smooth running of the business and delivering operational projects that improve consistency, control, efficiency and the employee experience across regions.
Responsibilities
- Be the key operational point of contact across the global business
- Own and coordinate key business processes end‑to‑end
- Identify inefficiencies and drive pragmatic process improvements
- Maintain clear process documentation, trackers and governance materials
- Deliver cross‑functional operational projects with defined scope, milestones and reporting
- Support rollout of new tools, systems and processes
Key Skills
- Proven experience in business operations, project management or business management
- Proven track record delivering operational projects and process improvements
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed or international organisations
- Exposure to functions such as Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Procurement, Technology or HR
- Confident user of Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience within Financial Services is highly desirable
