Mobile Cleaning Supervisor Location: Cheshire Region
Salary: GBP13.45 per hour + Van Provided
Immediate start available. Must have a full driving licence and be able to drive a van.
Responsibilities:
- The supervision of all cleaning staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behaviour whilst on duty.
- Ensuring that a first‑class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building.
- Reviewing work schedules.
- Submitting orders for additional supplies to the Group Supervisor when required.
- Communicating to the Group Supervisor any issues arising within the department.
- Monitoring all cleaning activities.
- Carrying out all work as requested, including helping with the cleaning daily.
- Ensuring all working areas in the premises are kept to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety and presentation, checking each night to confirm standards have been met and instructing staff as necessary.
- Reporting to the Line Manager any maintenance issues that may arise.
- Working under pressure, problem solving, and using initiative when necessary.
Additional Information:
- There will be a requirement to travel across work locations to support the cleaning teams.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 0900-1700.
