Support Worker – Community Mental Health

Are you an experienced, compassionate, and dedicated Hea Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care to individuals with mental health needs? If so, we\’d love you to join our growing team, supporting clients and families across Hampshire.

Location: 5 minutes from Southampton Central Station

What You\’ll Bring

We\’re looking for Support Workers who can confidently working with clients that have various diagnosis such as:

• Anxiety
• Despression
• PTSD
• ADHD
• Autism
• Experience supporting individuals with spinal cord injuries

We are looking for Support Workers that have worked

• With young adults
• On a 2:1 multiple disciplinary team
• Within the community with a client that has behaviours of concern

Shifts Available

• Long days
• Nights
