We are in urgent need of dedicated Mental Health HCA to join our esteemed team.Requirements

  • All relevant right-to-work documentation
  • A minimum of 12 months of experience as a Mental Health HCA in the UK
  • Be willing to attend and/or complete regular training and supervision to ensure high standards of care and clinical competency.
  • Good knowledge and experience with Learning disabilities and autism
  • Experience with various mental health diagnosis including but not limited to psychosis and EID
  • Are willing to help client with housekeeping and are okay with pets

The Role involves

  • Daily documentation
  • Supporting service users to access the community
  • Deliver care on a 1:1 basis in accordance with the clients person-centered care plan.
  • Physical and emotional resilience to support individuals in distress
  • Promote comfort, safety, emotional wellbeing, and social engagement.

  • Day shifts – 08:00-20:30
