Responsibilities

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, with a strong focus on strategy, client retention, and commercial performance. Working closely with the Account Director and Head of Account Management, the role supports the development of account strategy and leads the delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), translating campaign performance into insight‑led recommendations and growth opportunities. The role oversees the coordination of omnichannel campaigns across internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery, clear communication, and alignment with client KPIs. In addition, the Senior Account Manager acts as a senior day‑to‑day client lead, building trusted relationships, driving client satisfaction and retention, and identifying opportunities for expansion across key accounts.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, media planning platforms, and analytics tools (e.g. Salesforce, Tableau, or equivalent reporting systems)
