We are seeking a highly driven, well-connected, and organized Commercial Account Manager with strong business development experience in the digital or mobile advertising industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new publishers to Verve’s marketplaces, playing a key part in expanding our supply-side partnerships. This is a hybrid role based in London, with an expectation of three days per week in the office. For candidates located elsewhere in Spain, a fully remote option is available.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of new publisher partners across Mobile App, Web, and CTV, leveraging your existing network and market knowledge
  • Lead client‑facing calls, presentations, and negotiations with prospective partners
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to develop compelling pitch materials and tailored proposals
  • Partner with Technical Account Management to ensure seamless onboarding and integration for new publishers
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to establish long‑term, high‑value partnerships
  • Support publishers in maximizing inventory performance and meeting delivery objectives
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of sales experience in AdTech, preferably working with or for publishers
  • An established network of publisher contacts across the EMEA region
  • Experience managing technical integrations, ideally with strong knowledge of SDK implementations
  • Expertise in identifying expansion account opportunities is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Account Management
  • A creative, solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to overcome challenges and close deals
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
