Marketing is at the heart of Captify and boasts a marketing approach that goes against the typical ad tech grain – we never want to be another boring ad tech brand! As an integral member of the UK team, you will play a major role in marketing activations and brand marketing initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- You will be passionate about how good marketing activations can drive business growth as well as have the ability to mobilise and partner with teams outside of marketing.
- This is an individual contributor role reporting into UK Marketing Lead.
- The team is in ‘building mode’ and so this role will require the ability to think creatively whilst also not being afraid to get stuck in.
- It’s an exciting year for the business as we launch a range of new products and as such evolve the brand and the role of the marketing team in driving business growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Help ensure Captify’s data and search intelligence take centre stage across all our marketing activations.
- Brainstorm insights-led event messaging that differentiates the company at sponsored, owned and partner events.
- Run high-impact events, such as executive dinners, breakfasts, agency activations, industry event sponsorships and webinars to drive engagement and influence pipeline growth.
- Manage venue sourcing, logistics, vendor relationships and provide comprehensive project management support for our events.
- Coordinate pre-event communications, including registration pages, email invites and reminders, as well as post-event feedback.
- Work with global design team on event branding and branded merchandise.
- Collaborate with sales, insights and account management / customer success teams to ensure event objectives align with business goals.
- Help track and report event performance metrics, including attendance, lead generation, engagement and ROI.
- Contribute to post-event analysis, including stakeholder debriefs and feedback surveys to improve performance.
- Support content marketing initiatives including email campaigns, social media promotion, speaking notes and other event-related content.
- Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, feeding that back to the marketing team.
What you need to be successful:
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing and events, ideally in a B2B technology business or an ad tech, media agency or publisher brand.
- Experience managing in-person events.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Creativity is very important for us as we continue to evolve our brand identity.
- Commercial awareness and knowledge of how marketing supports sales.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Hubspot (or similar tool) and GSuite.
What We Offer:
- Stay healthy with our Bupa HealthCare Plan with easy access to medical care.
- Support your long-term financial security with our Aviva Corporate Pension Scheme, with Verve contributing 5% of your qualifying earnings.
- Pick what matters most to you in our Personalised Benefits Platform, with a budget of £50/month.
- Recharge with 25 paid vacation days + 3 Wellness days throughout the year, in addition to the public holidays.
- Boost your professional knowledge with our annual training budget & internal webinars.
