We're looking for someone who will partner closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure the company manages risk thoughtfully while continuing to move quickly and grow responsibly. You'll be a strategic, detail‑oriented Risk Manager to help identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the business as we scale. This is a high‑impact role that sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, compliance, and execution. This is a Hybrid Role and you will be expected to be in office 3‑days a week.
What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on enterprise, operational, regulatory, and commercial risk
- Identify, assess, prioritize, and monitor risks across the organization, including operational, financial, regulatory, contractual, and third‑party risks
- Own and drive initiatives aimed at addressing key risk items, from defining scope through execution and resolution
- Lead cross‑functional risk programs and remediation efforts, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and outcomes
- Develop and maintain pragmatic risk frameworks, controls, and mitigation plans aligned with business priorities
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Product, Revenue, and Operations teams to embed risk considerations into planning, deal structures, and go‑to‑market decisions, risk assessments for new products, partnerships, vendors, and market expansions, balancing risk exposure with commercial opportunity
- Translate risk insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support decision‑making
- Establish reporting and governance processes, leveraging risk management platforms and tooling to track risk exposure, initiative progress, and remediation status
- Promote a risk‑aware culture by enabling informed decisions without unnecessarily slowing the business
- Stay ahead of evolving regulatory, market, and operational risks relevant to a growing organization
What success looks like
- You influence cross‑functional teams and drive alignment without relying on formal authority
- You take ownership of ambiguous risk issues and lead them through to resolution
- You balance risk management with a strong commercial mindset, understanding how decisions impact growth, revenue, and customer relationships
- You communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders, even in complex or fast‑moving situations
- You thrive in a dynamic, high‑growth environment with shifting priorities
- You bring sound judgment, high integrity, and a practical, business‑first approach to risk
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in risk management, compliance, consulting, strategic operations, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience owning and delivering cross‑functional initiatives or programs end to end
- Experience using risk management platforms, GRC tools, or similar systems to track and manage risk items
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance concepts relevant to modern businesses is a plus
- Proven ability to partner effectively with commercial, operational, and functional teams to implement scalable, business‑aligned risk solutions
