Your deep understanding of client accounts enables you to provide valuable context and insights at every client interaction, ensuring impactful outcomes and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage day-to-day account actions and activations.
- Ensure timely activation of campaigns within SLAs.
- Monitor performance of activations and propose enhancements or PCAs as needed.
- Manage and monitor account pacing and daily optimizations.
- Communicate changes and trends impacting performance to clients and suggest strategic adjustments.
- Provide performance reports with contextual insights, key takeaways, and actionable next steps.
- Ensure rigorous QA across all client accounts.
- Provide insights and opportunities for improvement from an agency perspective based on daily interactions.
Client Relationships
- Contribute to client meetings and calls by effectively explaining account performance.
- Manage expectations and build client confidence through thoughtful communication and strategic recommendations.
- Focus on actions that enhance client satisfaction, such as comprehensive meeting notes, clear agendas, and timely task delivery.
- Participate in strategy meetings by taking notes, consolidating discussions, and starting to form initial suggestions.
- Ensure timely activation of roadmap actions aligned with client briefs.
- Manage client expectations through clear communication of workload and priorities.
- Support Senior Paid Media Consultants on initiatives beyond daily operations to enhance overall service delivery.

- Engage in calls and communications with platform account managers across Google, Meta, etc. to leverage resources beneficial to client campaigns.
- Actively participate in sprints to support Project Team Leaders (PTLs) in achieving project goals effectively and on time.
- Stay updated on industry news and trends. Share insights during team discussions to enhance overall knowledge and strategy.
- Proactively identify training needs and collaborate with managers to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate Harvest time tracking throughout the week and submit timesheets by the Friday 4pm deadline.
About You
- Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from performance data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate your ideas clearly and concisely.
- Detailâoriented with strong organisational and timeâmanagement skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint and any other equivalent platforms.
- Previous experience in an agency environment managing diverse client portfolios.
- Demonstrated success in driving client satisfaction and performance through digital marketing initiatives.
