At Vervaunt, now a part of IDHL Group, we are looking for a Senior Paid Media Consultant to join our team in London, and work with some of the coolest brands in the industry. We are Vervaunt, a paid media and eCommerce consultancy agency. We work with ambitious brands and retailers to help them achieve their eCommerce goals and solve their hardest challenges. Our paid media team manages a wide variety of campaigns and channels for our clients, across search, shopping, social and more. We work proactively to manage and optimise accounts, creating bespoke reports and dashboards for our clients.
Senior Paid Media Consultants at Vervaunt own strategic campaign execution and are the lynchpin of day-to-day client relations. They are the drivers of client satisfaction, building trust with their clients by ensuring the delivery of impactful, strategic campaigns driven by industry insights and a well managed team. Senior Paid Media Consultants lead by example, exemplifying Vervaunt values and offering support and guidance to junior team members where required. They show up with a positive attitude and a desire to drive excellence with their teams for their clients.
As a Senior Paid Media Consultant at Vervaunt you will be expected to demonstrate the following competencies:
- Client centric: able to put the client at the heart of decision making, demonstrating an understanding of their priorities, manage KPIs and forecasting and maintain rigorous QA standards.
- Team centred: leads by example in the team, monitors and optimises team efficiency, effectively manages workflow of activations across platforms and works closely with the junior team to ensure SLAs are being met - providing hands on support where required.
- Driven by curiosity: constantly pushing boundaries of what’s possible, actively seeks out better ways of working across key platforms, and proactively explores opportunities for account development through testing and early adoption of new features.
- Commercially savvy: ensures client KPIs and forecasts are met, understands how their work drives the commercial success of Vervaunt, and regularly collaborates with senior management to support with new business pitches.
- Personally invested: commits to fostering a collaborative team culture and developing talent across their pod, champions best practice and demonstrates dedication to client and team success and consistently brings a can-do attitude to work.
What you bring to the role:
- Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns and client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in team leadership and development, fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Excellent knowledge and certifications in Google ads, Facebook blueprint and any other equivalent platforms.
- Experience in the agency environment managing diverse client portfolios.
- Demonstrated success in driving digital marketing growth through innovative strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive working relationships both internally and externally.
- Highly organised, with previous experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
