As a Junior Paid Media Consultant at Vervaunt, you will support the development and execution of paid media campaigns, contributing to client growth through performance optimisations and campaign activation. You will work closely with senior consultants to manage day-to-day account actions, ensure quality and efficiency, and deliver impactful digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day account activation process, taking direction from your seniors on the best approach.
- Support your seniors with account optimisations, giving suggestions for actions to drive performance across your accounts.
- Actively contribute to the QA process across your pod's accounts to ensure high-quality activation. Flag campaign setup issues with your seniors where you identify them and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with your seniors to activate roadmap tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Awareness of platform resources and how they can be leveraged for account management support.
- Develop an understanding of client priorities and align with their business goals.
- Take notes in meetings to build your understanding of the client and industry.
- Contribute to the performance section in weekly calls with support from your seniors.
- Follow performance changes following optimisations and flag potential issues quickly with your seniors.
- Focus on ad builds, working with PCs to deliver these to client deadlines and flagging issues where they arise.
- Support with client and campaign trend analysis and contribute to weekly reporting commentary.
- Fully engage in training sessions to build your industry knowledge.
- Suggest ideas for industry news/highlight of the week and discuss these with your seniors.
- Build your awareness of the agency process and follow this closely.
- Take an active role in your development, working with your managers to identify where you need training and support.
- Keep your Harvest time tracking updated throughout the week and submit timesheets by the 4pm deadline on Friday.
- Stay updated on industry news and trends. Share insights during team discussions to enhance overall knowledge and strategy.
- Actively participate in sprints, supporting PTLs and above in achieving the goal of these.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an office working environment.
- Basic analytical skills and ability to derive insights from performance data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, and other equivalent platforms.
- Previous experience in an agency environment.
