Overall purpose
Account Directors at Vervaunt are responsible for managing the successful delivery of client work by leading strategic thinking across their pods. They use their senior perspective to bring new ideas, encourage innovation and mentor team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuous team development. Working closely with Group Account Directors, they support new business activity by understanding team capacity, contributing to pitches and helping to bring new clients into their pods. They demonstrate Vervaunt's values in every interaction, both internally and with external stakeholders.
