We run paid acquisition across Meta and deliver measurable, scalable results for our clients. We're growing β€” and we need someone who can open doors. The Role

You'll be the first point of contact with potential clients. Identify businesses that could benefit from our paid social services, get them on the phone, qualify them, and hand off warm leads for us to close. No base salary. No fluff. When you bring in business, you earn.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and build targeted lists of UK-based e-commerce and DTC brands
  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily β€” consistency is everything
  • Qualify leads against our ideal client profile
  • Book discovery calls directly into our calendar
  • Track your pipeline and report weekly on call volume and booked meetings
  • Refine your pitch based on what's landing on the phones

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in cold calling, SDR, or outbound sales β€” B2B preferred
  • Comfortable making 50–80+ calls a day without hesitation
  • Thick-skinned, self-motivated, and genuinely driven by commission
  • Strong communicator β€” articulate, natural, and persuasive
  • Knowledge of digital marketing or agency services is a plus, not a requirement
  • Able to work independently without hand-holding
