With a dedicated team of over 600 employees and Platinum Investors in People accreditation, The Cedar Foundation is recognised as a leading provider of person-centred services across Northern Ireland. As Head of Employability, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio of services with a current annual income of approximately £2.4 million. Spanning transition services, skills development, pre-employment programmes, employment and training, and in-work support, the Directorate provides a comprehensive pathway for individuals at every stage of their employment journey. The successful candidate will lead the continued development, delivery and performance of these services, ensuring they remain high-quality, sustainable and responsive to the changing needs of service users, employers, funders and wider stakeholders. The role will carry responsibility for service quality, financial performance, people leadership, contract management and business development, while identifying opportunities to strengthen existing provision and secure future growth. Working as a key member of the Senior Management Team, the Head of Employability will collaborate across the organisation and build effective relationships with government departments, commissioners, employers and strategic partners. You will champion a person-centred and inclusive culture, ensuring that service users remain at the heart of service design and delivery.
