Job Title: Technical Instructor Red Hat Trainer (Multilingual)
Location: Remote, with regular travel to client sites across Europe
Salary: €60,000 to €70,000 per annum, depending on experience

If you\’re confident delivering Red Hat training and can explain complex ideas in both English and either German or Dutch, this role offers a genuine platform to do more of what you do best.
Were working with a global learning provider that places people first and invests in your growth from day one. As they continue to expand their technical training delivery team, we\’re looking for an experienced instructor to join them and deliver Red Hat courses across EMEA.
This is a remote-first position with regular travel to customer sites across Europe. You\’ll be part of a close-knit, international team that\’s serious about quality training, knowledge sharing, and ongoing certification support.
What youll be doing:
- Delivering Red Hat training to technical audiences across EMEA, both online and in person.
- Leading around 13 training days per month, with time built in for prep and travel.
- Running classroom and virtual sessions, including certification exams.
- Preparing and adapting content to meet different learner needs.
- Supporting curriculum updates and trainer development initiatives.
- Building and maintaining your own Red Hat certifications.
The kind of person this would suit:
- An experienced IT trainer or instructor with a strong Linux or UNIX background.
- Fluent in English and either German or Dutch.
- Certified to RHCE level, or ready to get certified within your first two months.
- Confident delivering technical content in front of both in-person and virtual learners.
- Comfortable travelling across Europe regularly as part of your working month.
- Positive, proactive and comfortable working independently.
