If you enjoy managing client accounts and being left to get on with things, this role is likely to suit you.

You’ll be joining a specialist distributor that’s built a strong reputation supplying high-end tableware, buffetware, and kitchen equipment to hospitality businesses across the UK. They’re growing steadily, and they need someone who can keep that momentum going by looking after their clients properly.

This is a relationship-first role. You’ll manage a portfolio of regular customers, make sure they’re well looked after, and help them discover more of what the company offers. There’s also room to bring in new business through referrals and outreach, but you won’t be cold calling from a script.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Looking after existing clients and making sure they stay happy.
  • Spotting upsell opportunities without being pushy.
  • Following up warm leads and growing your own pipeline.
  • Keeping your accounts organised and well-documented.
  • Working closely with internal teams to make sure delivery runs smoothly.
  • Occasionally supporting marketing activity or promotions.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience managing customer relationships in a B2B environment.
  • A commercial mindset and an eye for spotting potential in your accounts.
  • Confidence on the phone, over email, and in person.
  • Familiarity with tools like CRMs and spreadsheets.
  • The ability to stay organised without needing your hand held.
  • Experience in supply or hospitality would be useful, but not essential.

What’s in it for you:

  • £30,000 to £35,000 salary depending on experience.
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Free on-site parking.
  • Company pension scheme.
  • A supportive team and a stable business that’s still growing.
  • Proper autonomy over your accounts and how you manage them.

This is a role with freedom, variety and responsibility. If you know how to build trust with clients and want to grow with a company that values doing things properly, we’d love to hear from you.
