Are you a compassionate, dedicated individual looking to make a genuine difference in people's lives? We're looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team in Liverpool, specialising in supporting children and young adults with learning disabilities (LD) and mental health (MH) needs.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health conditions
  • Assisting with daily living activities, community engagement, and personal care where required
  • Supporting individuals to achieve their goals, build independence, and live fulfilling lives
  • Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and wider support networks
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care plans
  • Promoting dignity, choice, and respect at all times

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a health, social care, or support work setting to join our experienced team
  • A genuine passion for supporting people with LD and/or mental health needs
  • Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable, or willingness to work towards)
