One of our clients - a reputable name in the financial services sector - is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead Agile delivery across a number of complex technology initiatives. You will work closely with engineers, product teams, architects, and senior stakeholders to turn business goals into well-designed, scalable solutions. This role is hands-on, delivery-focused and central to driving delivery across some key technology programmes within the firm.
You will guide multiple Agile delivery teams and ensure work aligns with technology standards and strategic priorities. Acting as a leader, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support backlog readiness, remove blockers and provide clear insight into progress, risks, and outcomes. A strong understanding of technology platforms and system design is essential, alongside the ability to coach teams and continuously improve delivery.
What you will do:
- Manage several concurrent technology initiatives and cross-team dependencies
- Lead Agile planning, ceremonies, and execution at team and release level
- Partner with Product Owners to prioritise and refine backlogs
- Drive delivery against Program Increment objectives and roadmaps
- Track progress using meaningful delivery metrics and reporting
- Support technical discussions, solution design, and issue resolution
- Champion Agile ways of working and continuous improvement
