Our client is a leading Institutional Bank who are looking to grow their Technology Strategy team in London, due to increased investment into new technologies and AI across the bank. The team is based in London and are responsible for working with senior technology leadership across the Commercial, Corporate and Financial Markets divisions to create technology strategies to meet their key business objectives, involving the subsequent definition of multi-year execution roadmaps.

Ideal Candidate

  • Hands-on experience in the creation/definition of Technology strategies, ideally in a complex Bank/FS organisation, or in a FS management consulting capacity.
  • Track record of building and maintaining good working relationships up to C-Suite level, with a focus on technology leadership.
  • Ability to oversee the long-term success of defined strategies, involving driving multi-year initiatives.
