Lead UX/UI Designer – Investment Banking – Hybrid (Glasgow)

We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to lead the design of user-centric tools and platforms in a fast-moving, data-driven environment. This role requires a balance of systems thinking, interaction design, and visual craft, with a focus on creating efficient, accessible experiences for users navigating complex information.

You’ll work across the full design lifecycle, from research and ideation through to high-fidelity design and delivery. Expect to collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to ensure that every solution is informed, intentional, and fit for real-world use.

Key Responsibilities
