The Role:

A well-established Private Debt investment firm is hiring a Change Lead to shape how technology supports its investment platform.

This is a broad ownership role spanning product strategy, delivery and adoption. You will work closely with investment, operations and technology stakeholders to build a coherent product roadmap, improve business-critical workflows and turn data-led ideas into tools that people genuinely use. The underlying mandate includes investment processes, portfolio oversight and external stakeholder engagement.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Set the direction for a portfolio of Front Office products supporting a specialist Private Debt investment business.
• Translate investment and operational priorities into a clear roadmap with measurable commercial and user outcomes.
• Bring together investment professionals, technology teams and other stakeholders around product priorities and delivery decisions.
• Improve the way platforms, data and workflows connect across the investment lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional delivery, remove obstacles and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives, whilst leading a team of Business/Product Analysts, Engineers and Data Analysts.
• Identify sensible applications for analytics, automation and AI, with appropriate attention to security and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring:

• Strong product leadership gained in investment management, ideally in private credit or private markets.
• A practical understanding of how technology supports investment decision-making, portfolio oversight and operational workflows.
• Evidence of owning and improving a portfolio of Front Office products, rather than focusing on a single isolated application.
• The judgement to separate worthwhile technology investment from innovation that lacks a clear business outcome.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and creating alignment across investment, operations, data and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with iterative product delivery, data-led decision-making and the responsible application of AI or machine learning.
• The ability to establish clear priorities while remaining close enough to delivery to resolve difficult issues.

This is being offered as an initial 12 month contract (inside IR35), paying c. £1000-£110pd and will required c. 3 days per week in their Central London Office.
